Job Description
As a Junior Penetration Tester at OnSecurity, you will be crucial in conducting penetration testing projects for clients spanning various sectors, including Telecoms, Fintech, Medtech, and Retail.
What You Will Do:
Conduct remote and occasional on-site penetration testing, encompassing but not limited to:
- Web application and API penetration testing
- Infrastructure (External & Internal) penetration testing
- Mobile web application penetration testing
- Cloud Audits
- Aid in building and maintaining the OnSecurity testing network
- Share expertise and insights within the testing team
- Assist in ensuring the quality assurance of tests
To Qualify, You Will Have:
- A strong passion for IT security, with a preference for testers who view IT security and pen testing as more than just a job, but also a hobby.
- Solid technical proficiency in IT security testing methodologies and technologies. Possession of an industry-recognised qualification (such as OSCP, CRT, CCT) is desirable but not essential.
- A team-oriented mindset, collaborating closely with other testers in the team.
- Coding skills are advantageous (Python, Go, etc.) for tooling and automation development.
