What do I get in the 14 day free trial?
The free trial includes access to the Real-Time tier for the 14 days. This gives access to Radar and Scan. During the trial you are entitled to add 1 domain to Radar for monitoring, and up to 16 targets to Scan.
How does pricing work?
Your monthly or annual cost is based on three factors: the products you choose, the number of targets or assets you wish to protect and how frequently you wish to monitor your assets.
How does billing work?
The card you add will be charged either annualy on the date you signed up, or monthly on the day of the month (or next nearest) you signed up.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes! At present if you pay upfront for a year you will pay the equivalent of 10 months for the price of 12.
Do I have to sign up for a minimum period?
No, the contract is a rolling monthly contract, starting the day you sign up, or a rolling annual contract should you pay annually up front.
Is support included?
Yes, we provide support as and when required to all our customers. There are numerous ways to contact us, including in-platform chat.
